Improve your breathing with buteyko workshop

The workshop provides an opportunity to learn and practise some Buteyko breathing techniques. The breathing techniques themselves are not physically demanding. In fact the majority of the programme is carried out sitting comfortably in a chair. The only equipment you will need is a watch or clock with a second hand*.
